Terms and Conditions:


  1. GENERAL

1.1. There is no entry fee to participate in the GRANNY BEN X TCE FORTUNE WHEEL CAMPAIGN.


  1. ELIGIBILITY

2.1.  GRANNY BEN X TCE FORTUNE WHEEL CAMPAIGN is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above.  Limited to One (1) Spin per customer


  1. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

3.1. This campaign begins on  29th Feb - 3rd Mar 2024 @ KL Midvalley Megamall TCE Baby Expo.


  1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

4.1. LIKE Granny Ben Malaysia’s Facebook and Instagram pages.


4.2. SPIN the fortune wheel and win any of the prizes.


4.3. After completing 4.1. And 4.2., claim your prize with Granny Ben’s team at the TCE event.


  1. CLAIM OF PRIZES

5.1. Winners are required to fill in a contact form before claiming the prize.


5.2. Each participant can only win one (1) prize during the campaign period. 


5.3. Prizes are as follows:

    • RM 20 off (minimum purchase of RM 100 on a single receipt)
    • 10% off (no minimum purchase)
    • RM 50 off (minimum purchase of RM180 on a single receipt)
    • RM 88 off (no minimum purchase - limited to 5 winners /day)
    • Free Granny Ben Tencel Towel (no minimum purchase - limited to 3 winners /day)

5.3. The vouchers can only be used at KL Midvalley Megamall TCE Baby Expo 29 Feb - 3 Mar 2024 and are not valid for other promotions, discounted products, and shipping fees.


  1. ORGANISER’S RIGHTS

6.1. By participating in this campaign, you grant permission to use any photo taken during the KL Midvalley Megamall TCE Baby Expo on Granny Ben Malaysia’s official social media accounts for promotional purposes.


6.2. By participating in this campaign, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.


6.3. GRANNY BEN reserves the right to cancel or amend GRANNY BEN X TCE FORTUNE WHEEL CAMPAIGN Terms & Conditions without notice. We will notify the entrants if there are any changes as soon as possible.


6.4. GRANNY BEN will not accept responsibility for any unforeseen incidents that affect your entry — for example, network failure, computer viruses or unauthorised access.


6.5. GRANNY BEN reserves the right to substitute a similar value prize depending on our discretion.
