Granny Ben Malaysia Rewards Terms and Conditions

1. The Granny Ben Malaysia Rewards Program shall be managed by Best Baby Essentials Sdn Bhd (“Granny Ben Malaysia”).

2. All Granny Ben Malaysia members agree to fully comply with the Terms & Conditions under Granny Ben Malaysia Rewards Program.

3. Granny Ben Malaysia Reward Points (“Points”) are only applicable for the Granny Ben Malaysia website (https://grannybenmalaysia.com/) (“Website”).

4. Only purchases made on the Website shall qualify for Points accumulation and all redemption of Points shall be on the Website.

5. Every purchase of RM1.00 made on the Website of Granny Ben products shall be entitled to accumulate 1 Point.

6. Points Redemption shall be for discounts against future purchases on the Website and shall be based on the ratio as outlined in the Website. Granny Ben Malaysia reserves the right to alter and amend the redemption ratio at any time without any prior notice.

7. Points accumulated are not exchangeable for cash

8. Points can only be accumulated with purchase of fixed-priced items only and shall not be applicable to discount / promotional items.

9. Reward Point Members will be awarded with 200 Points during their birthday month (only once a year).

10. All Purchasers and / or Reward Point Members are responsible for notification on their change of personal information to Granny Ben Malaysia. Granny Ben Malaysia will not be responsible for any loss of benefits, privileges, or results related to Points due to any discrepancy in Purchasers and / Reward Point Members information.

11. Granny Ben Malaysia reserves the right to alter and amend the Terms and Conditions of the Granny Ben Malaysia Rewards Program, including any or all of the benefits, or to terminate the Program it at any time without any prior notice.

12. Purchasers and / or Reward Point Members must notify Granny Ben Malaysia if there are any problems regarding Point balance / accumulation within 30 days of transactions. Notification or queries can be sent to grannyben@bbabyessentials.com

13. Granny Ben Malaysia will not be responsible for any unauthorized access of the Purchasers and / or Reward Point Members Granny Ben Reward Points (e.g. through unauthorised access to Reward Point Members phone). Granny Ben Malaysia reserves the right to withdraw the points from the Purchasers and / or Reward Point Members account if such transaction occurs and is not obligated to make compensation to any party.

14. All Purchasers and / or Reward Point Members of Granny Ben Malaysia agree to the collection, use, or sharing of their information by Granny Ben Malaysia. In addition, Purchasers and / or Reward Point Members agree to the retaining of information related to purchases and disclosure of information deemed appropriate by Granny Ben Malaysia.

15. In case of any dispute, the decision of Granny Ben Malaysia shall remain final.
